I have recently completed the line work for another classic cinema drawing and will soon be giving it a bit of colour to brighten things up a bit. This building, the former Queens cinema, was only a small affair, narrowly squeezed between other businesses in the city of Cardiff in Wales. It was the town’s first purpose built cinema  and it lasted up until the mid 1950’s, when declining attendance forced it’s closure. It is little remembered these days, but I found some pictures of it online and decided to draw it as I think it was a very smart looking building despite its small size.
